1. About these terms

These terms describe the conditions for using Maeistro’s website and AI CMO application. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to do so. This document is a draft until the service operator’s legal identity, contact and applicable jurisdiction are confirmed.

2. Accounts and access

Google sign-in is used to access saved workspaces. You are responsible for securing your Google account and for activity under your Maeistro account. Signed-out research is session-only and may be lost when you leave or refresh. Do not impersonate others or attempt to access another user’s information.

3. The service and AI limitations

Maeistro uses brand context and specialised AI agents to produce research, competitor analysis and recommendations. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated; website analysis does not establish that the AI has visited or verified a website. Review sources, claims and recommendations before relying on them. Outputs are advisory, not legal, financial or professional advice, and no campaign performance or revenue outcome is guaranteed.

4. Your approval and responsibility

Research and suggestions do not authorise campaign execution. Publishing, creator outreach, spending and payouts require your explicit approval and an available execution mechanism. You remain responsible for budgets, creator agreements, content rights, advertising disclosures and compliance with relevant laws and platform policies. Descriptions of campaign capabilities do not guarantee that every execution or payment feature is currently available.

5. Acceptable use

• Only provide content and personal information you have the right to use and share.
• Do not use Maeistro for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, deception or infringement of others’ rights.
• Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or attempt to extract credentials or other users’ data.

6. Your content and generated work

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You permit Maeistro and its service providers to process that content as needed to operate the service and respond to your requests. Generated outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection. Check outputs for accuracy and third-party rights before using them. Maeistro’s branding and application remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy describes how account and workspace information is handled. Google, hosting and AI services have their own applicable terms. Third-party service availability and decisions are outside Maeistro’s control.

8. Fees and payments

If you purchase a paid service, the price, billing period, cancellation conditions and any refund terms presented at checkout apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Creator budgets and payouts require separate explicit authorisation. These terms do not themselves authorise any charge or transfer of funds.

9. Availability and ending use

The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues or security reasons. Access may be restricted for misuse or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Keep your own copies of important work; saved data is not a substitute for your records. Account deletion requests require an operator contact, which is pending confirmation.

10. Liability and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free output or fitness for a particular campaign. You are responsible for decisions made using AI recommendations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Contact, disputes and updates

The operator’s legal name, contact details and applicable jurisdiction must be added before these terms are final. Mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply. We may revise these terms as Maeistro evolves; the revision date appears above and material changes should be communicated before taking effect.
